One of the most exciting things to do in life is to purchase something and call it your own. When you purchase a property, it is so much more than calling it your own; It is an investment and it could also be a form of securing your future financially. The MUXE team recognizes that buying a property is very exciting but, when the purchase is complete, the buyer may feel negatively overwhelmed. The buyer faces a dilemma where they ought to be happy about what they have purchased; otherwise, it was a waste of time and money.
For example, there are situations in the United States where the buyer is ready to purchase a property and they decide to put down an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). For some reason, the buyer may feel uncomfortable about the property purchase and they decide to retract their contract. Unfortunately, according to the earnest money deposit rules, the buyer will lose their EMD. They end up facing the consequence of either losing their EMD or they are coerced into purchasing a property they do not want, just so they do not lose their deposit.
The cost of purchasing a property involves time, money, and emotional strain. The MUXE team has a high regard for the purchaser of the property and we want them to feel confident in finding the property they desire. The buyer should not have to be caught in a “catch 22” situation. Meaning, they want to purchase the property because of all the benefits it comes with, however, they do not want to stress out about the buying process.

The MUXE team is carefully watching the crypto-market crash and cryptocurrency investors are all witnessing the negativity. Though there are different reasons as to what contributes to the market fluctuations, most investors would say “I bought at the dip”. Buying at the ‘the dip’ could only mean two things: either the investor bought at the point where the market is going down; then it immediately transitions from a negative point to a positive one or the market is heading towards a negative point and continues to go down. Interesting enough, one would never hear someone exclaim in excitement for negatively buying the dip because that is an instant loss of money and it is also very embarrassing.
We are aware of all the negativity in the crypto market. However, MUXE is steadfast in the belief of blockchain technology. Though there is a ‘sea of red’, let’s not lose sight of the fact that there are still businesses functioning behind these cryptocurrencies. We pride ourselves in excelling in every task that comes our way. The MUXE team has made many changes and has improved since we began in January of 2018. From the updates to the website and the tweaks our whitepaper; we are gaining more momentum to create more confidence in our project. We are happy to announce that we are finally able to showcase our new logo! It is certainly more representative of how dynamic we are and how far we have come. In about a month, we have accomplished so much and we are so close to finishing our new feature updates for our MUXE platform.
Our new logo features four symbolic colors with different shades of vibrant orange and a bold color of black. If you look closely within the logo, you will notice a small outline of a home in the corner of the emblem. This symbolizes the perspective that we have for how users will enjoy the user-friendly platform, with a clear understanding of what the user may be searching for.
Though some concerns have been raised about MUXE, we strive to portray an identity like no other. We want everyone to understand that we are a legitimate company with legal rights and we are authentic. MUXE is completely different from any other organization.
Our primary focus is communication, transparency and the ability to great deliver results. We are an organization of people with various experiences and expertise with a vision of helping clients and modernizing the way of buying and selling property. Everything we do embodies what we represent and we are very excited for the road ahead of us.

Things keep looking up for the MUXE team. After a successful meeting with the Real Estate group, there are more initiatives coming our way. We have a founder working on using an innovative way to monitor our social media and track the progress of our token MUXE. This is very exciting news since the importance of collecting live data and live feedback from our community is pivotal to our vision and success in becoming better.
This advanced social media innovation consists of statistical data from social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other sites. When someone likes, retweets or shares any material related to MUXE; we will be able to record and review what is being said. We will also be able to get a sense of what the communities concerns are. Utilizing the feedback from our community, we are also able to formulate and update our MUXE platform as we receive constructive feedback.
Our development team is in the process of laying out and adding more appealing features to the MUXE platform. Big announcements today as the MUXE team is deeper into the industry that we hope to change for the better. We discuss adding value and continuously demonstrating our desire for change but at some point, we will have to convince experts and other industry leaders just on how we are going to do that. We are working on coming up with a detailed problem-solution diagram that will describe just where our platform can add value and potentially discussing where we can go in the future. As much as we know now there is infinitely more to learn as we go forward with the MUXE project.
Today we have gathered some academic research on what kind of issues specifically make Real Estate a complex organization. As we dive deep into this literature we hope to take some ideas and think of new ways to tackle existing problems. By reading about expert’s viewpoints on how to identify and solve a problem we hope to take those ideas and assimilate them with blockchain technology. By doing this we expect we will increase our creativity in the problem-solving sphere and bridge the gap between blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and property as a whole.
I addition to the research that will be done in the academic space we will have a meeting with experts in the Real Estate industry. We will teach them about blockchain and we are hoping they will be able to offer advice on how we can move forward or offer ideas as to how to improve the product even better from the perspective of someone with 3 decades in the industry. We are also looking for constructive criticisms to take into account as we move forward.
What we want the community to know is that a lot of work is being done in order to create the very best product we can make and we are doing almost everything in our power to make this happen. Using an all-encompassing approach will ultimately lead us into making the best product for our clients.
